What we accept for return and refund:
We only allow returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong variant, size, flavor)
- Your order arrived damaged, spoiled, or compromised.
- The product expired upon arrival.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind.
- Dislike tate/texture.
- Delay in delivery caused by the courier.
- Improper storage of items after delivery.
Required proof of verification:
To process a return or refund request, please provide:
- Clear photos and/or video unboxing the parcel.
- Image showing the damaged/expired/wrong item.
- Copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
Request without proper documentation may be denied.
Timeframe to report:
- For orders made via our website: within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Late reports may not be honored.
How we resolve issues:
Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer the following:
- Replacement of affected item(s).
- Store credit of voucher
- Refund via original payment methods (for eligible orders)
